All Sales Are Final
All purchases made from KynTerra are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds except in cases where an item is received defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for review:

The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

Proof of damage or defect (such as photographs or video) may be required.

Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.
If your claim is approved, KynTerra will, at its discretion, issue a replacement or refund. Shipping costs associated with verified defective or damaged items will be covered by KynTerra.
Incorrect Item Ordered
If you ordered the wrong item, a return may be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

The item is unopened, unused, and in original condition and packaging.

The return is requested within 3 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Prior return authorization from KynTerra is required.
Items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded and may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Scent and Flavor Disclaimer
Due to the subjective nature of scent and flavor, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued if you do not like the scent or flavor of a product.
KynTerra provides detailed product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage information to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Individual preferences for scent and taste vary, and dissatisfaction based on personal preference does not qualify as a defect.
Non-Returnable Items

Lost or Stolen Packages
KynTerra is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Any claims regarding lost or stolen packages must be filed directly with the carrier.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
